I served in the RAN for 8 years with a main highlight being a circumnavigation of Australia completed in 1983. I completed many other sea voyages to ports in New Zealand, Tasmania, Fiji, and Singapore. I left the Navy in 1989 and after completing a year at the University of Tasmania travelled to Rockhampton, QLD to work in the mining industry specialising in the area of purchasing, supply, and logistics. My wife and I left Queensland in 2008 to travel to Melbourne and commenced a new stage of my supply career as a procurement and supply chain specialist in the energy industry working for Suzlon, an Indian company specialising in the manufacture and installation of wind farms. On 15 December 2010 I joined AusNet in the role of Purchasing Services Team Leader. I am still employed at AusNet in the procure to pay operations area with a strategic focus on procurement systems development and management. I live with my wife in Kilsyth, Victoria, we are both keen amateur photographers. We are enjoying the many varied and interesting activities that Melbourne and Victoria has to offer and are looking forward to many photo opportunities while we travel around the state.

  • Jon Wilson

    Jon is responsible for the go to market strategy for SAP Digital Supply Chain in Australia and New Zealand, and has been in and around the SAP ecosystem for more than 25 years. Growing up in New Zealand, Jon now lives in Canberra with his wife and two teenage daughters. When he is not working or travelling, he enjoys snowboarding and field hockey, and recovering from the regular injuries that result.

  • Gregor Wolf

    Gregor Wolf has explored web technologies since 1995. In 2001 he got in contact with SAP. Implemented SAP CRM in 2006. He was appointed SAP Mentor in Oct. 2007. Embraced SAPUI5, SAP Gateway, OData and SAP Business Technology Platform already in the Neo days. Full-time independent SAP Solution Architect since Dec. 2015. Helping his customers with SAP Fiori for S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform Architecture, SAP HANA (Cloud) and Security.

  • Damien Wong

    In his role, Damien is responsible for shaping and developing Tricentis presence in the region. Spearheading the role as trusted advisor in software quality engineering, Damien consistently engages with key C-suites, senior stakeholders and strategic partners. Damien is also a regular speaker at industry events and fervently believes in developing the next generation of industry leaders, through coaching and mentoring of budding executives across the Asia Pacific region. With more than 27 years of experience in consulting, customer relationship and general management, Damien brings to Tricentis his tenacious leadership, and passion in building high-performance teams in enterprise technology companies. Damien previously served as Vice President of APAC at Confluent, as well as Vice President and General Manager across Southeast Asia, Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan at Red Hat. He has also held business and technology leadership positions at companies such as Hewlett Packard, META Group and Accenture. 

  • Pamela Zaravinos
    Expert since 2022

    Pamela Zaravinos has been a Procurement professional for over 10+ years. She began her career in Supply Chain as a buyer and moved over to the strategic procurement area as she expanded her knowledge and expertise. She has been at Air Canada for the past 6 years starting off managing the corporate credit card program within the Strategic Procurement group. With experience implementing procurement technology in her past roles, she joined the procurement transformation COE team and lead the Ariba P2P implementation as a functional SME. She now manages the Procurement Operations team and is leading the P2P enablement efforts at Air Canada.

  • Susan Zortea

    Susan Zortea has over 20 years of experience in SAP, in the FICO and GRC modules, with companies including Norsk Hydro, Matthews International, Allegheny Energy, and Jabil.  Her focus has been on successful SAP implementations and Finance projects, including consolidations with IBM Cognos TM1 and Controller, and system integration with BW and Pega, and most recently, the Global Security redesign and governance initiative.
