Jim’s role as HRIS Transition Director is to set up the solution for success once the project completes through: Managing existing support and development work Managing the transition out of existing vendors and applications Supporting an Operating Model for all clients of the HRIS solution Jim also has a focus on Legacy Data management and Threat and Risk mitigation.
