Laura Burge is the Principal Organisational Capability Advisor at CS Energy. Her role in the People and Culture team is a hybrid of Culture, Diversity, Inclusion, Talent, Succession, Analytics and most importantly, SuccessFactors guru. Over her 20 year career, SAP SuccessFactors has always managed to weave itself into her role and she leverages that by integrating her knowledge of HR systems with HR strategy initiatives to achieve business outcomes.
