Troy is passionate about creating a collaborative space for the Hydro Tasmania SAP Delivery Team and broader Business to work together in maximising Hydro Tasmania’s continued investment in SAP and bringing to life our vision of “Creating Excellence in SAP”. He started his SAP adventure 20+ years ago (SAP R2)….wow! And has experience across, AP, VIM, HR, Payroll, GRC, EHS, Audit, SuccessFactors and SAP Security. Troy is passionate about sharing Hydro's SAP story, celebrating the great work they are constantly doing in this space and is the SAUG (SAP Australia User Group) SIG (Special Interest Group) Lead for Utilities. Troys is married to Kim and has two children, Mackenzie 20 and Charlie 17. On weekends he moonlights as loyal servant of the Galactic Empire as a member of the 501st Legion (worldwide Star Wars organisation that supports local charities).

Ingo Hilgefort
Expert since 2019Ingo is an experienced product manager working in the analytics & BI software industry for over 15 years now. He always has been focusing on cross-product solutions and focusing on the "big picture" scenarios by keeping the customer experience and requirements in mind. In addition to his experience in product management and engineering, Ingo has been involved in architecting , deploying, and delivering Enterprise BI wide solutions by combining SAP BusinessObjects BI and SAP Analytics products with SAP landscapes (like SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP HANA) for a number of worldwide customers. He has also been recognized by the SAP communities as an SAP Mentor for SAP BI and SAP landscape integration-related topics for several years now. In addition Ingo is a very active member in the overall SAP community focusing on the SAP BI portfolio and helping customers and partners successfully deploy this as part of their overall SAP landscape. He is also the author of several additional SAP PRESS and Kindle books focusing on combining SAP Analytics and SAP Data Warehousing Technologies.

Akash Kumar is an author, speaker, and techie for emerging and disruptive technology topics with a focus on Intelligent Enterprise. He is currently working as Solution Architect with HCL and supporting new products, services, and offerings on the Industry Cloud. He has supported multiple customers in digital transformation by creating business use cases and technology roadmaps, migrating from old to new technology such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Analytics, implementing new business model on artificial intelligence/machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain, and enabling business process simplification with Celonis and task automation with robotic process automation. He is the author of PlanViz: Improving SAP HANA Performance (SAP Press) and Building and Extending SAP HANA Live Views (SAP Press). He has a bachelor's degree in computer science and holds numerous certifications, including Scrum Master, Agile, IoT, Devops, SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Activate, and SAP S/4HANA.

I am an Industrial Engineer and have a degree in Business Sciences, an MBA, and completed the SAP Consulting Master's program in 2014. Since that year, I have been working at CUVIV Business Services SL. I started as a finance consultant, but shortly after, I joined the company's management team as one of the new partners. Despite beginning as a finance consultant, my role has evolved into a more managerial and commercial profile, allowing me to explore various SAP modules. In recent years, CUVIV Business Services SL has undergone significant growth, becoming a consultancy capable of providing support in most modules, with a specialization in international legal matters. We assist multinational companies with a presence in multiple countries, standing out as experts in localizations, making us the ideal partner for their expansion projects. All of this has also allowed me to expand my knowledge in the SAP world since continuous learning is essential to providing better service to our clients.
