Currently serving as a Project Manager for SAP Ariba at Veolia Australia and New Zealand, Anton brings expertise in managing projects and strategic initiatives. Anton's career progression includes roles in Property Management and Procurement Projects Lead including extensive contracts negotiations, demonstrating his ability to handle diverse responsibilities and drive organizational success. Anton's professional journey focuses on developing key customer relationships (Internal & External), and leading teams effectively. With experience spanning across contract management, business development, and team leadership, Anton brings a comprehensive understanding of business operations and strategic management to his current role.

  • Graham Conlon

    Graham is the Vice President & Head of SAP APJ's Digital Supply Chain, responsible for leading commercial success, strategy, and GTM for SAP's end-to-end digital Supply Chain solutions in Asia Pacific & Japan. He is committed to transforming the region’s supply chain dynamics by helping enterprises innovate and optimise their supply chains for cost and operational efficiency, sustainability, competitive advantage, and ultimately, long-term resilience through world-class supply chain solutions. He has managed diverse teams across North America, Europe, Latin America, and China and has worked with the leaders of some of the top global companies on their strategy and transformation initiatives. Through his exposure to distinct cultural, geographic, and socioeconomic landscapes, he integrates his understanding of the regional business with global perspectives in order to best support existing customers and explore market opportunities. Graham carries over 30 years of leadership and management experience across various industries and geographies. He constantly brings a renewed sense of focus and clear vision to his teams through unique yet significant change programmes that transform the businesses he leads.

  • Anthony Cook

    Anthony has been part of the energy utilities sector for over 39 years, starting out as an apprentice in HV electrical, moving into Planning, and since 2016, working in Asset Management. He strives to bridge the gaps between asset owners, maintenance managers, and service providers. Utilizing his trade background, he creates platforms and processes that assist maintenance personnel in making connections between their daily activities and asset lifecycle management. Despite his extensive experience, he still considers himself a "Data Tradie." Anthony is an avid science fiction fan and stays active studying the martial arts of Taekwondo and Hapkido.

  • Rob Coombe

    Trained Mathematician and Physicist, ex-teacher, ex-company owner, now a passionate corporate IT guy who loves delivering business value through IT transformations and projects, Rob Coombe is the Group IT Manager for the Royal Eswatini Sugar Corporation. Prior to joining RSSC he had 26 years’ experience in IT, having held positions in Architecture, Infrastructure and Business Unit Management within the Motor Manufacturing, Banking and Education industries. He has managed teams to achieve business change through the implementation of global strategic IT projects across the ERP, HR, Infrastructure and IoT functional areas. Rob loves process design, but don’t ask him to follow one that doesn’t make sense. Rob believes anything is possible with the right people, passion and perseverance. Away from work Rob goes to the bush with his family – walking, camping, hiking, birdwatching. He also enjoys woodworking, wood turning and photography.

    With over 20 years of experience in IT, Business Systems (ERP), and Supply Chain Management, Ash specialises in leading transformative initiatives for multi-national corporations, designing strategic plans, and driving innovation to achieve long-term goals. Key highlights of his career include: Leadership & Strategy: Extensive experience in senior IT leadership roles, where he developed and implemented strategic plans that aligned with the overall vision of the organisation. ERP & Business Systems: Comprehensive expertise in ERP implementation and optimisation, with a strong focus on delivering efficient MIS reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) systems. Supply Chain Management: Expertise in inventory management, planning systems, and process optimisation, enhancing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction. Innovative & Technology: A versatile generalist with hands-on experience, Ash has led the implementation of cloud platforms, mobile apps, and data-driven systems for performance and KPI tracking. Change Management & Governance: As an experienced change agent, he has led organisations through key transformations while upholding corporate governance standards. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build strong vendor and stakeholder relationships, aligning them with business goals and technology advancements. Ash’s expertise in IT and supply chain functions bridges technology and business, delivering value and driving sustainable growth.

  • Nicole Croak

    Nicole is a senior leader with nearly 20 years’ experience in the energy industry and a strong track record of driving projects that enhance organisational performance. Responsible for leading Endeavour Energy’s procurement and supply chain functions, Nicole’s strategic yet pragmatic approach to problem solving has seen her re-imagine how Endeavour Energy unlocks value and effectively manages risk as it leads the transition to a smarter, and more sustainable energy future. Nicole was awarded “Best in Leadership” for her solutions-based approach, and work in developing and delivering an enterprise-wide implementation of SAP, that has transformed ways of working for the business. Endeavour Energy is the most efficient distribution network in NSW, powering over 2.7 million people living in Australia’s fastest growing regions including Sydney’s Greater West.

  • Noele Crooks

    Noele Crooks is the Director, Business Intelligence & CRM for the San Francisco 49ers, working within the Business Strategy and Analytics department. The Business Strategy & Analytics (BSA) department has a direct hand in developing strategy for almost all departments of the 49ers business, including ticket sales & service, corporate partnerships, community relations, digital & email marketing, retail, concessions, and stadium operations. In her role, Noele oversees the maintenance and expansion of the team’s data environment, the strategic development and execution of the team’s CRM system, developing automated reporting and data visualizations for the organization, as well as the lead on fan feedback initiatives including surveys and HappyOrNot. Specifically on game day, she runs the Executive Huddle powered by SAP, which is a real-time SAP Analytics Cloud data center in a suite used for 49ers games. The Executive Huddle’s interactive dashboards provide real-time updates on event-day metrics for parking, ticketing, concessions, retail, and fan feedback. Prior to joining the 49ers in 2018, Noele worked for the Atlanta Hawks for six seasons working primarily in CRM and business analytics.
