    At 12 years old, Leo Brooks became the youngest internet service provider in Upstate New York. Using his mobile hotspot, he connected dozens of schoolmates to the unrestricted internet, both on the school bus and in the classroom, for the price of $1. Over the following years, Leo’s entrepreneurial spirit and desire to tackle new problems led him to build and successfully run a top-rated eBay store, manage a thriving dropshipping website, and oversee social media marketing campaigns for various small businesses. For six years, he also owned and managed a datacenter in his garage, maintaining over 99.9% uptime—even while away at school—by employing his peers as technicians. Building on this foundation of problem-solving, grit, and a constant drive to master his craft, Leo has spent the last four years as an SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consultant. He focuses on data analytics, product implementations, and master data assessments, honing his expertise through hands-on experience and continuous learning. Notably, he was responsible for the first-ever SAP APM implementation, and has spoken about his experience and shared his insights at conferences around the globe.

  • Craig Brown

    Craig and his team are responsible for the day-to-day support and development of Contact Energy's SAP solution. Even after 30+ years in the SAP game he still enjoys working on SAP solutions that continue to deliver to the bottom line of organisations. At the end of the day, it is all about the people so recently has been supporting Contact's foray into the world of SAP Fiori. Outside of work Craig enjoys gardening, watching sport and being an empty nester.

  • Kerry Brown

    Kerry Brown is the Professor of Employment and Industry in the School of Business and Law at Edith Cowan University, Perth, Australia. She is Immediate Past President and a Board Member (since 2016) of the Australia and New Academy of Management (ANZAM) and Board Member and Program Leader for the Governance and Organisational Planning Program of the Asset Institute. As an Executive Board Member and Founding Fellow of the International Society for Engineering Asset Management (ISEAM) since 2007; member, Standards Australia Mirror Committee MB019 Asset Management (since 2009) and, member of International Standards Organisation ISO TC251 to develop an International Standard (ISO 55000) for physical assets and asset systems, has significant expertise in Asset Management. Professor Brown specialises in research and publishing in areas of organisational management; collaboration, networks and business clusters; capability, strategy, management and policy for infrastructure asset management; public management and policy, gender and workforce issues and, negotiation.
