With more than 27 years of experience in consulting, customer relationship and general management, Damien brings to Tricentis his tenacious leadership, and passion in building high-performance teams in enterprise technology companies. Damien previously served as Vice President of APAC at Confluent, as well as Vice President and General Manager across Southeast Asia, Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan at Red Hat. He has also held business and technology leadership positions at companies such as Hewlett Packard, META Group and Accenture.

Helene Young
Helene is a Maintenance Systems and Process specialist with Origin Energy-Generation who manages SAP EAM related functional enhancements, incidents, training, and user support across nine Power Generation sites. She believes that this support of the SAP system, and users is fundamental to the development and upkeep of an efficient and effective maintenance workforce which correlates to high Power Station Reliability and Availability. Helenes dedication and commitment to her work and to Origins values has seen her receive a number of recognition awards for going above and beyond in the support of people, systems and process Origin wide. She holds a Bachelor of Social Change and Communication from the University in Agder (UIA), Norway, including one semester abroad at Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
