  Divya Sharma is a HR Digital Transformation leader at Microsoft with current focus on driving AI strategy and innovation for HR. He has led several large scale complex HR transformation initiatives, including the recent implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across 108 countries at Microsoft. Divya has over 20 years global experience in talent management, employee engagement, HR Analytics, change management, culture initiatives and HR technology cross different industries. He is a thought leader with vast experience in employee centered solutions, solving complex HR scenarios, holistic change management and leading large global teams. Divya earned his M.B.A. in International Business and Human Resources from DePaul University Chicago.

  Sumit has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry with primarily focus on large Business Transformation programs where SAP is a core platform and organisation sustainability via continues improvement while managing teams spread across the globe. He has done executive MBA Technology from AGSM-UNSW. He is a certified MSP, PMP practitioner and SAP Solution Consultant. Sumit’s career in to date has covered ERP functional consulting, Solution design leadership and project management with specific industry experience in manufacturing, retail, chemicals, utilities, government and the airline industry. During his career has enjoyed a number of challenging roles progressed from consultant, Team Lead, Solution Architect, project management and program management.

After qualifying in medicine and practising as an MD, Adir made the switch across to startup founder and over the last decade launched, built and sold more than a dozen high-growth tech companies. In the process Adir became one of the foremost technology experts in Australia, with strong experience expanding into offshore markets such as the US, UK, EU, and Asia, particularly across B2B/enterprise SaaS and analytics businesses.
