With over 30 years of experience in asset management, Drew is dually qualified as a Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), demonstrating deep expertise in both reliability and energy management. Renowned for driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and safety in large-scale mining operations, Drew is a champion of Lean, proactive, and precision maintenance. A frequent speaker at international conferences, Drew holds a master’s degree in environmental Sustainability from Harvard University and is deeply connected to the Toyota Production System and Lean methodologies.
