With over 30 years of experience in asset management, Drew is dually qualified as a Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), demonstrating deep expertise in both reliability and energy management. Renowned for driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and safety in large-scale mining operations, Drew is a champion of Lean, proactive, and precision maintenance. A frequent speaker at international conferences, Drew holds a master’s degree in environmental Sustainability from Harvard University and is deeply connected to the Toyota Production System and Lean methodologies. Based in Salt Lake City, he is focused on creating excellence in physical asset management for Rio Tinto’s global asset base.

Before his current role, Craig held senior positions at various global financial institutions and consulting firms. He is a member of the Gartner Audit Leadership Council and has extensively studied advanced analytics, AI, and sustainable technology practices at MIT and Duke.
