  Tina Rosario

  In this customer facing role, Tina is responsible for helping EMEA businesses drive data innovation typically as an important component of an enterprise wide transformation initiative. As a business strategy professional, Tina has more than 25 years of experience in business process re-engineering, defining business impact and leading transformation programs – she has two passions: data and diversity. She’s an American who chose to move to Paris for a greater work-life balance and international experience for her family. When she moved to EMEA in 2016 she became the head of data innovation, where she works directly with senior business executives to design a data management approach, future state information management capabilities and consult with executives on the design and execution of their data strategy. Tina's expertise ranges from building best practice enterprise programs, defining data management innovations, driving data technology development, and managing teams of data stewards and data operations. Tina has practical experience as head of SAP’s own data governance program, responsible for the enterprise data strategy across SAP. A recognized expert in information management, Tina is regularly requested to speak at industry events and lead SAP’s Chief Data Officer engagement. She spends a significant amount of time presenting SAP’s point of view on the power of data and a data-driven culture. Tina also serves as President of the European chapter of the Women in Big Data network whose mission is to promote diversity in the field of data management. She runs a program with over 6,000 members across EMEA targeted at providing training, awareness, mentoring and job sharing in the growing field of big data (including ML, AI, Data Science, IoT and Data Warehousing). Under her leadership the region has grown and now includes chapters in South Africa, Israel, Russia and Slovenia as well as many other tech hubs like Berlin, Paris and London.

  Andrew Rosicka is a seasoned Group IT Manager with extensive experience supporting multinational organizations. With a focus on Information Technology, Business Systems (ERP), and Supply Chain Management, Andrew excels in driving strategic initiatives and fostering innovation. A strong communicator and change agent, he builds high-performance teams, leverages cloud computing solutions, and establishes key vendor relationships to drive successful implementations. Andrew's expertise in ERP systems, MIS reporting, and Business Intelligence solutions, coupled with his deep understanding of supply chain management, underscores his ability to align technology with organizational objectives for sustained growth and efficiency. As Group IT Manager, Andrew Rosicka is a dynamic leader dedicated to driving business outcomes through cutting-edge IT solutions and strategic leadership.

  Annabelle Roux

  Annabelle can be found in very different settings: contributing to the SAP Intelligent Asset Management roadmap in Germany, gardening in France, writing an article in Malaysia, trekking in the Sahara desert, wearing a helmet on a mine site in Turkey, attending a dance workshop in the Dominican Republic, performing User Acceptance Testing in the US. Today, she is looking forward to sharing her passion for innovative EAM solutions with you in Australia.

  Gordon Sandercock

  Gordon Sandercock is a highly experienced and dedicated professional with over 25 years of experience in the field of maintenance management. Currently, he is making significant contributions as a Senior Maintenance Management Specialist at Pembina Pipeline Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for driving continuous improvement in maintenance management business processes, tools, and strategies. He leads the development and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance, defining requirements and business processes. He also plays a crucial role in supporting operations in major maintenance activities for both planning and execution. Before joining Pembina Pipeline Corporation, Gordon served as a Maintenance Management Coordinator at Pengrowth Corporation. In this role, he provided maintenance management expertise, assisted in growing internal competencies, and provided input to company maintenance strategies and business plans. He also led the delivery of support advice for all maintenance management operations, including preventative & predictive maintenance optimization, work planning, and wrench time enhancement.

  Sunil Sawant

  Sunil is a distinguished SAP professional with extensive experience spanning decades, having worked in various countries including Australia, USA, New Zealand, Singapore, and India. In his current role of the SAP Technical Services Manager at SA Power Networks, Sunil plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the technical aspects of SAP systems within the organization. With his deep knowledge and expertise in SAP, Sunil ensures the smooth operation and optimization of SAP landscapes to support SA Power Networks' critical business processes. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Sunil finds solace in the enchanting melodies of Hindustani classical music, appreciating its intricate nuances and cultural significance. As a passionate cricket enthusiast, he avidly follows the sport, revelling in the excitement and camaraderie it brings. Furthermore, Sunil takes delight in the art of brewing and savouring a perfect cup of tea, relishing the tranquillity and rejuvenation it offers.

  Glenn Sawyer

  Glenn is a Thought Leader with twenty-five years’ experience in the Asset Intensive Software space. Early in his career Glenn launched startups focused on manufacturing automation. He joined SAP in 2010 and is currently the Global Product Champion responsible for SAP’s Service & Asset Mgmt Cloud portfolio.   Fun facts, Glenn is passing his 1 million Mile Mark with Air Canada travel with this trip to Australia for Mastering SAP Gold Coast 2023. Husband and father to two kids he enjoys snowboarding, skiing, hiking, biking, wakeboarding and now trying (really hard) to learn to Kite Surf.  Proud owner of many pairs of well-worn in steel toed boots and hard hats. You will find him happiest visiting customers sites.

  Chris Schroefl

  Christian Schroefl is an experienced Solution Architect, Portfolio- Programme- and Project Manager and has led multiple SAP implementations and transformations of various sizes in the last 22 years. He has led teams to continuous growth and has successfully managed portfolios of ICT engagements across both EMEA and APJ markets. Chris believes in making a difference and supporting his customers on their individual path to successful digital transformations. He holds certificates in PM methodologies (PMI and Prince2) and is passionate about putting technical engagements into the context of Organisational Strategy and Enterprise Architecture alignment. Playing to his strength of 'getting things done' is his current setup building and growing Natuvion APJ since 2019. Chris is currently looking for talent in the areas of Technical Solution Architecture, Utilities Consulting, Data Transformation/Data Science, Integration and Digital Marketing and Business Development. Natuvion APJ is actively looking for partnership connections in Australia and New Zealand and the wider APJ region!

  Tina started working with SAP in 1997 in the role of SAP implementation Support. Tina has gained experience working in a number of diverse companies local and abroad.  Tina has had the opportunity to work overseas whilst employed across 2 large Pharmaceutical companies where she experienced the Japanese and UK ways of working. Tina has worked in Automotive, Retail, Utilities, Insurance and Pharmaceutical industries. Tina’s first position gave her the foundation to from which Tina is grateful for.
