  Mohan is the Technical Lead at Device Technologies, with over 16 years of experience with focus on designing, delivering, and integrating Enterprise & Customer solutions leveraging SAP latest capabilities, to a diverse range of sectors including Medical Device , Retail, Telecommunication, and Manufacturing industry. As a member of the IT Leadership team, Mohan is responsible for configuring and installing SAP applications systems, strategizing and executing Information security practices.

  Karla Palma

  Karla Palma is a Senior Asset Integrity & Reliability Analyst at Precision Drilling, bringing over seven years of expertise in asset management, asset optimization and enterprise asset management (EAM) systems. Karla began her journey at Precision Drilling as a Document Analyst during the company’s SAP S/4HANA implementation, gaining firsthand experience in data governance and system transformation. Over the years, she played a key role in Asset Lifecycle Management and EAM Master Data Management across Canada, the U.S., and international operations. This foundation allowed her to transition into the reliability and maintenance sector, where she now specializes in optimizing asset performance. Originally from El Salvador, Karla moved to Canada at a young age and has embraced every opportunity to grow and challenge herself. She believes in pushing boundaries, taking risks, and stepping outside of her comfort zone—knowing that in her career, the sky’s the limit.

  Amit is the Senior Manager at Orica heading the Enterprise systems. His accountabilities includes SAP solution landscape, applications that integrate with SAP and also the hyperautomation solutions such as RPA. He has been with Orica for 8 years and in the SAP world for close to 20. Prior to Orica, he has worked on SAP projects for Mining and Manufacturing organisations globally.

  Sharad Parasher

  Sharad Parasher is a Senior SAP Consultant Business Process Consultant at SAP Australia with the focus on SAP Governance Risk and Compliance, and Security Solutions. He has more than 17 years of SAP experience, has certifications in SAP Security, SAP GRC, SAP Design Thinking, and Innovation and Advisory and has worked in Development and Consulting organisations within SAP. Sharad has architecture, design, and hands on experience.

  Rakesh Pawaskar

  Rakesh is a finance enthusiast associated with Mahindra Group since last 25 years wearing multiple hats right from business domain in Finance & Accounting,  taking care of Accounting, Budgeting and MIS Function and then moving in to managing the Information Technology to support various businesses of Mahindra Group.  In his existing role,  he is part of the leadership team defining the transformation & modernization strategy to make our systems and applications agile. With the focus on Business Innovation and Employee Experience, he has played a key role in execution of many of large-scale SAP projects like migration to SAP Cloud, Upgrade to S/4 HANA and subsequent upgrade to S/4 HANA 2020. Was instrumental in setting up an analytical framework to drive analytics using the latest In-Memory IT tools like HANA, QlikView, QlikSense & PowerBI, eliminating nonvalue added activity by using different automation tools (iRAP, BoTs etc.) and deployment of employee facing mobile Apps.

She currently holds the role at Asahi Beverages, where she oversees the optimization and enhancement of business processes. Prior to her time at Asahi Beverages, Audra gained valuable experience working at Anheuser Busch InBev and Carton & United Breweries.

  Brock Pescud

  Brock is currently employed with Officeworks as the People Systems & Analytics Manager. His journey with Officeworks began in 2019 as part of the project team assigned to implementing SuccessFactors. Prior to joining Officeworks, Brock worked at Wesfarmers corporate office in a systems role, where he oversaw Succession planning across the Wesfarmers brands. His HR journey commenced in a generalist role within the mining industry in Western Australia, primarily working in a fly-in-fly-out capacity to mine sites in the Pilbara region. Brock has a passion for discovering and implementing efficiencies in work processes through system solutions, and he also enjoys leveraging People Analytics to inform and drive people decisions.
