She is a firm believer that subpar technology exists due to a lack of design, and her mission is to establish design as an integral part of the tech industry. Maria is dedicated to creating and expanding design teams within organizations to drive innovation and improve user experiences. Outside of her professional endeavors, Maria takes pride in her roles as a mother and wife. In her personal life, she also manages a small acreage farm alongside her family, finding balance between her business pursuits and her responsibilities at home.

As our organisation’s focus has shifted towards the process and data-driven decision-making, Venkat is working with Business, Information and Operational Technology teams to achieve Strategic Asset Management and Digital Railway objectives.

    Bilha is a Solution Analyst at Contact Energy with a focus on the support and development of Contact's SAP solution to support the Generation business. Her current focus is on improving the SAP end user experience and has been instrumental in the design and build of a Fiori framework which has recently been implemented across Contact's end user community. When not living and breathing SAP Fiori Bilha enjoys gardening and dreaming of a gin and tonic on her work in progress deck.

    Eric has 24 years of SAP experience in the various areas, among them leadership, transformations, projects, service management, architecture and development. He has an expansive knowledge, experience and network in Asia Pacific having lived in different countries and cities within the region. He has expertise in Life Science industries having worked with Biotech, Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics companies/businesses. In his current role at UGL, he leads the Data & Analytics, SAP Basis, Development and Integration teams.

    Kevin is an experienced SAP Professional and leader for SAP S/4HANA working in the Customer Evolution, S/4HANA Global Centre of Excellence team. His focus is assisting customers in transitioning to the Intelligent Enterprise with SAP Cloud. Originally from the UK, Kevin joined SAP in 1994 as an R/2 Basis / Technology Support Consultant.  After spending 12 years in Business Technology consulting, he moved to Presales in 2007 as a technology and innovation expert and Enterprise Architect. Having relocated to Melbourne, Australia, in 2015, he has continued in his role helping customers and partners to adopt new business practices, models, improve efficiency and support with their transformation journey.

He has over 40 years experience in the Australian IT industry (he is very old) and more than a decade working for software companies including Oracle and SAP. Graham has a strong infrastructure background with organisations that include the National Australia Bank, the Australian Stock Exchange and the Australian Tourist Commission. He was the IT Manager at SAP Australia then moved into project management and SAP product focused roles including pre-sales. He has an extensive knowledge of the SAP NetWeaver technology stack, system landscape requirements and development tools and options. These days Graham is primarily a software architect and developer with a broad skills base. He specialises in building innovative interfaces to and from SAP back-end systems. These include Web UI's, mobile solutions, web services, email gateways, etc. Graham is also an experienced and engaging trainer and workshop facilitator. Whilst ABAP is a core skill he strongly believes in selecting the right toolset for the job. He has hands-on experience with many contemporary UI technologies. Graham is very proud to have been nominated and appointed as an SAP Mentor. SAP Mentors are the top community influencers of the SAP Ecosystem. Graham maintains strong relationships with SAP at all levels. Graham regularly presents at SAP focused events like SAPPHIRE, SAP TechEd and Mastering SAP Technologies. Graham is an absolute "nut" about the Antarctic continent and related subjects. If the budget allowed he would travel "South" every summer. Graham would much rather talk about Mawson and Shackleton than NetWeaver. Graham still plays competitive cricket - but is much less competitive than he would like to be.
