With expertise in ERP/SAP transformations, Venu has led significant projects for Opal, Orora, Asaleo Care, and global consultancies including Atos and HCL Tech, serving clients such as Unilever and TRW. His accomplishments include managing SAP transformations, implementing SAP IBP for Orora Glass, and overseeing a complex data center migration. Venu holds a Master’s in IT Leadership and certifications in PMP and SAP, with a strong focus on team leadership, vendor management, and strategic IT planning.

Norm Poynter has been working with SAP Plant Maintenance for over a quarter of a century, diving deep into the nuts and bolts of Maintenance and Reliability consulting. After so many years, it's no surprise that he's got more stories and experiences than we've got time to hear.
