    I have worked with customers for the last 25 years to help them become best-run businesses. Currently I run the entire Go-To-Market of the Digital Supply Chain business for North America, but over my 21 years here at SAP I've worked with just about all areas of the suite of SAP software solutions, in several different capacities from Solution Engineering, to Product Management to Sales. I have deep experience in Product Lifecycle Management, Environmental Health and Safety, Enterprise Asset Management, Supplier Relationship Management and Enterprise Mobility. I have demoed the product and lead vast sales teams, both geographically based as well as across just about every industry you can imagine. My passion is making businesses run better. It motivates me to work with customers to help them map their business problems to software solutions that provide real value, in a quick time period. He continues to sponsor numerous customers, advises the C-Suite in driving successful transformations and addressing bottlenecks. Originally from a family of business, Sushant possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborates with several Unicorns and start-ups. With more than 20 years of experience in the global software and services industry, Sushant has worked across both emerging and developed markets. Prior to the current role, he was the Global Chief Operating Officer for SAP’s people solution, SAP SuccessFactors. His broader career spans organizations such as General Electric, Ariba Inc., and Infosys Technologies. He is Six Sigma certified and widely regarded as a change agent within the industry. Sushant is a vocal advocate for women in leadership and young talent development and is a regular speaker at global forums. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering and an MBA in Finance & Technology from the reputed Indian School of Business. An avid tennis player, Sushant lives in Singapore with his wife and two children.

    Nigel James in an Enterprise Software Developer. He has been writing software for enterprises for over 20 years. From Shell, Brother, Xerox and a host of Government departments from Federal to Local. He builds or modifys software for enterprises to help them run their business more efficiently. To do this he has used platforms like SAP and Salesforce, and has also built financial systems from scratch using PHP and Laravel running on AWS. When not helping his clients he is a keen photographer, kayak-er and musician.

    Graham Johnston is an independent SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consultant based in Australia, specialising in helping companies maximise the value of their existing SAP EAM solution. His work ranges from optimising system configuration and reviewing master data to coaching end users in the EAM/Plant Maintenance module. With a background in maintenance and over 25 years of experience with SAP primarily in the PM and MM modules, Graham brings extensive expertise to every engagement. He has deep knowledge of S/4HANA and FIORI within EAM and has successfully designed and implemented custom FIORI apps tailored to business needs. Passionate about using SAP effectively, he is always seeking ways to enhance usability and improve the overall user experience. Outside of work, Graham lives in Newcastle, NSW with his wife and three sons. He enjoys playing golf every Wednesday and is actively involved in field hockey, managing both a Women's Premier League team and his wife’s 5th Grade team. A proud grandfather, he cherishes time spent with his two granddaughters, aged three years and eleven months.
