  • Rudy Gesterkamp

    Rudy leads the Process, Systems and Continuous Improvement team within Finance at Powerco. Rudy has held roles in Business Advisory, Audit, and Corporate Finance across many industries including Primary, Oil and Gas, Insurance, Entertainment, Retail, Manufacturing, and more recently Regulated Electricity and Gas Distribution. As Management Accounting Manager, he was seconded to the role of Finance Lead on the project to select and implement Powerco’s new ERP (SAP S4HANA). Since Go-Live he has changed focus to working on fine tuning and automation within Powerco’s SAP Environment. He was the Project Lead on the SAC Planning and Blackline selections and implementations.

    Scott is a supply chain professional with nearly 30 years of experience. He joined InfraBuild (then OneSteel) in 2006 as the Corporate Supply Chain Development Manager. Subsequent roles included National Supply Chain Planning Manager, Supply Chain Effectiveness Manager, Integrated Channel Inventory Manager, Demand Planning & Inventory Manager, Supply Chain Process Lead and Supply & Inventory Planning Manager. Previously to InfraBuild Scott was with Accenture for nearly 11 years as a consultant. He specialised in supply chain strategy and operating model development, S&OP and supply chain planning and inventory management as well as the organisational change management and human performance aspects of supply chain transformation programs.

    Troy is passionate about creating a collaborative space for the Hydro Tasmania SAP Delivery Team and broader Business to work together in maximising Hydro Tasmania’s continued investment in SAP and bringing to life our vision of “Creating Excellence in SAP”. He started his SAP adventure 20+ years ago (SAP R2)….wow! And has experience across, AP, VIM, HR, Payroll, GRC, EHS, Audit, SuccessFactors and SAP Security. Troy is passionate about sharing Hydro's SAP story, celebrating the great work they are constantly doing in this space and is the SAUG (SAP Australia User Group) SIG (Special Interest Group) Lead for Utilities. Troys is married to Kim and has two children, Mackenzie 20 and Charlie 17. On weekends he moonlights as loyal servant of the Galactic Empire as a member of the 501st Legion (worldwide Star Wars organisation that supports local charities).

  • Jelvie Grech

    Ever since IT class in high school, Jelvie knew she had an interest in business and technology. During a data entry role in first year uni, Jelvie volunteered to learn about the company’s applicant tracking system and trained others. She then became an SAP Trainer for Linfox where she worked in implementation projects across various industries. Linfox sponsored Jelvie to complete her master’s in business (ERP System) at Victoria University, where she discovered an interest in HRIS. She joined the SAP SuccessFactors implementation team at Linfox and moved into the HRIS Analyst role. After 16 years at Linfox, Jelvie was headhunted by Aesop for the global implementation of Workday. After four years at Aesop, Jelvie was headhunted by REA Group as the People Systems Lead charged with optimising Workday. On top of this, Jelvie is also working with SAP and Victoria University as a People Systems and Analytics Industry Expert, to develop the SAP SuccessFactors curriculum to be rolled out to universities globally and she is currently teaching that curriculum at Victoria University. Jelvie is also a future skills industry mentor at RMIT Online. Her favourite pastime is karaoke and going on vacations with her husband and three boys.

    Joseph’s leadership in “Integrated Supply Chain Management” has helped SAP clients around the world to unlock substantial value from SAP management tools and reports already in their system.  Joseph claims that his message on the “Power of Integration” may have had something to do with the Springbok Rugby performance in this world cup. He made sure they GOT THE POINT as he watched every game on the TV.
