    Sarah Duncan has extensive experience in Quality Management and Compliance. Currently serving as the Business Lead for Quality and Compliance at Zespri, Sarah has successfully led key business transformation projects at ZESPRI, ensuring that the end product meets the Quality team and wider business requirements. With a background in both the Apple and Meat Industries, Sarah has a wide experience across system, regulatory, and customer requirements while maintaining a continuous improvement focus. Sarah is dedicated to leveraging her strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive improvements.

  • John Dwyer

    • John is an EAM Solution Architect with 29 years of experience implementing end-to-end large-scale SAP EAM solutions • Strong functional knowledge in SAP EAM, SAP PM, SAP PS, SAP PPM modules, as well as Linear Asset Management, Compatible Units, Mobility, GEF and Geospatial integration • Strong industry exposure and solution implementation experience across Utilities, Transport, Rail, Telco, Chemical, Facilities Management, Fleet Management and Defence industry sector exposure. • Pre-SAP experience as a Chemical Engineer for 17 years performing plant engineering, operations support and maintenance supervision and management in chemical, mineral and hydrocarbon processing plants.

  • Andrew Dyer

    Andrew has been in the IT industry for over 20 years, spending all that time working with ERP systems. He has worked for a wide range of organisations across all levels of government, and in the private sector. Andrew spent the first part of his career implementing and supporting Oracle systems, and has spent the past 10 years working with SAP solutions. Andrew’s last role was as the technical lead for Ariba implementation and support. Now with PanAust, Andrew is leading the organisation’s ERP systems and strategy.

    Mike leads the Professional Services division globally at Zalaris & the Zalaris APAC Organisation. He has over 23 years of Cloud based HCM experience working with Rizing, Synchrony Global, ADP, NGA and HCL AXON in a number of leadership roles including consulting, support, operations and sales. Clients that Mike has worked with include Woolworths, Bridgestone, IRT Group, Singtel, BHP Billiton, Changi Airport Group, AMP, Ralph Lauren, Steelcase and Medtronics. Mike was a founding partner and Chief Commercial Officer of Synchrony Global, an Organisation acquired by Rizing in 2019. After 21 years of uninterrupted growth, Zalaris has reached around €78 million in annualized revenue. We are supported by over 800 highly skilled employees across 15 countries in the Nordics, Baltics, Poland, Germany, France, India, Australia, Singapore, the Philippines, Ireland and the UK.   • Andrew Faid

    Andrew is the Head of Cloud at Fonterra Cooperative Group, the worlds largest diary exporter and NZ’s biggest company. Based in Melbourne, Andrew has been with Fonterra for over 2 decades in a number of IT Roles, from regional IT Manager, Project Management and SAP Programme management. Over the last 6 years Andrew has led the Software Development capability and, post Covid, is Fonterra’s newly appointed Cloud Lead. Through all of this, Andrew remains firmly about the people and not taking anything too seriously.
