Wellesley Information Services (WIS), the global leader of B2B enterprise technology member communities and marketing performance analysis has made a strategic investment in ERP Today. WIS owns and operates SAPinsider, Mastering SAP, and Channel Metrics globally. The deal brings together ERP Today’s publishing expertise and WIS’ unrivaled membership, events, digital services, research services, and marketing program performance analytics credentials to create a media powerhouse serving the global B2B enterprise technology community.

The investment will provide significant capital and capabilities to facilitate ERP Today’s global expansion and deliver a suite of marketing program performance analysis technology to improve customer experiences. The new ownership structure will also provide a platform for WIS to diversify into other vendor markets using its 25 years of experience in the B2B enterprise technology ecosystem as the template for success. SAPinsider magazine will be rebranded as SAP Today and the deal will also see new titles and member communities for other vendor ecosystems being introduced in the future.

Paul Esherwood, the founder of ERP Today, will take up a position on the WIS executive leadership team and act as CEO for the EMEA region in the enlarged organization. He will also remain as editor of ERP Today UK and ERP Today USA.
