Video: Delaware Consulting’s SAP Fiori apps for Warehousing

SAP Fiori provides an intuitive, simple, and radically new user experience for SAP software, with thousands of pre-configured applications that replace legacy transaction codes used in SAP overlaid with “persona-based” user experience. It is especially valuable for non-professional users and occasional users to navigate their business process easily without going through a lot of training.

SAP itself offers 1000s of apps in Fiori. On top of that, many vendors bring forth their expertise in specific industries or functions into new SAP Fiori apps. Delaware Consulting has launched two such apps based on their vast expertise in warehousing and retail.

One of them is based on SAP Fiori for Goods Issued/Goods Received, and the other is a mobile Warehousing app using SAP APIs. These apps solve specific use cases faced by large companies where occasional users need to use standard functionality. For e.g., a marketing resource may need certain products to display at a conference, or a field technician may need to check out products from a warehouse.
