We work as a cooperative, relying on collaborative strategy setting and decision-making processes to succeed. Programme ONE is a major, multi-year project to set Mitre 10 up for the future. The programme spans new systems, better processes, better information access, improved training for team members, and brand-new ways of doing things.
There has been an early realisation that our PONE SAP transformation is more than a system change, the ultimate aim is to enable an Epic CX (Customer Experience) through a powerful PX (People Experience).
