In response to user concerns over the complexities associated with cloud migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, last week SAP debuted its latest initiative – The RISE with SAP Migration and Modernization Program. Scheduled for February 28th at 3:30pm AEDT, RISE with SAP will be hosting its Rise into the Future virtual event to delve into the details of this program and provide insights and guidance for users.
Key to the RISE with SAP Migration and Modernization program is the provision of financial incentives and support to offset migration and transformation costs. SAP is providing a limited time offer to reduce migration costs by up to 50 percent, with credits available until the end of 2024. These credits can be applied to offset maintenance, cloud services or subscriptions, encompassing various SAP solutions and line-of-business offerings.
To ensure predictability in project timelines and maintain implementation quality, SAP will also be introducing the RISE with SAP Methodology. This framework provides transparency in project progress, with milestone checks from discovery through go-live. The company is actively training and validating partners on the methodology to ensure consistency and quality across implementations.
