About “Women in SAP”

The Mastering SAP Women in SAP initiative is designed to showcase and support women* in the SAP community through a variety of programs including a scholarship program, yearly International Women’s Day spotlight and dedicated sessions during our APAC-wide events.

If you or your organisation would like to be involved, we’d love to hear from you.

Women in SAP Scholarship – Program Details

In 2024 Mastering SAP launched the “Mastering SAP Women in SAP Scholarship” for women new to the SAP world. The scholarship program, valued at over $70,000, is designed to provide women* new to the SAP ecosystem with a learning and networking opportunity to kick-start their SAP career.

Yearly, Mastering SAP will provide 20 scholarships annually split across two intakes, one in March / April and one in September / October. Each intake provides ten women in APAC customer / end-user organisations with a twelve-month Mastering SAP premium membership – including attending the Mastering SAP event and hotel accommodation.

“Belonging to a community of like-minds and relevant resources is important for those starting out with SAP. These scholarships are our way to support women in the SAP world to learn from leading thinkers across the globe and join a vibrant community they can lean on to understand the real-world experiences of others.” Annette Slunjski, Chief Executive Officer – APAC at Mastering SAP.
