SAP S/4HANA Enabled Business Transformation in the Public Sector – Lessons Learned from the TTC
The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) leveraged SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors to digitally transform their back office and enable the organization to standardize, streamline, and automate many of what were previously complex, manually supported processes. The TTC has more than 15,000 salaried and unionized employees and runs the most heavily used urban mass transit system in Canada.
