Australian disability support provider HenderCare has boosted its SAP SuccessFactors with three new modules to improve how the company handles its employee data.
HenderCare implemented modules Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding to support its data transformation goals while also optimising HR and payroll processes.
Established in 2004 in Adelaide, HenderCare provides aged care services, disability support services and care for people in the acute healthcare sector across Australia.
Prior to the implementation, the company had multiple data sources that were maintained for employee data across three different payroll systems. HenderCare engaged a third-party provider for data extraction, cleansing and transformation services.
HenderCare turned to Zalaris and its PeopleHub for SAP SuccessFactors solution to implement the modules to optimise the company’s HR and payroll processes, as well as automate its workflows.
PeopleHub was integrated with HenderCare’s Microsoft SharePoint to create a data repository for analytics, to automate manual processes and eliminate point-to-point challenges.
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, which is natively integrated into the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module, aims to help HenderCare expand its recruitment reach, enabling the company to scale back existing processes while delivering a targeted candidate experience by leveraging insights throughout the recruiting process. The Onboarding module aims to increase employee engagement and reduce time to contribution.
“Zalaris brought professionalism and flexibility in supporting us to deliver the project,” HenderCare Project Manager Kylie Flynn said.
“The business did not have a current system in place, so HenderCare was maturing from manual processes to an SAP solution. The Zalaris project team’s responsiveness and willingness to assist in solving problems quickly has been appreciated.’’
Apart from process automation, enabling efficient operations, and improving the employee experience across the entire employee life cycle, HenderCare said PeopleHub will also support the future needs of the company. The project is also one of many steps in HenderCare’s overall HR transformation journey.
