James Drummond

James leads the Architecture team at GrainCorp as the Head of Architecture and has been involved in the IT field for more than twenty years, focused on all aspects of transforming businesses and business systems. James’ career to date has spanned many roles and industries and includes development, functional and technical consulting, all aspects of architecture, and project and program management including leading business transformation teams. His focus has always been on business objective-led transformation, having recently focused on the business architecture discipline to help drive true transformation. His industry experience spans utilities, industrial manufacturing, banking, public sector, retail, professional services, and agriculture.
