Dylan Semmens-du Bois

Dylan Semmens is Head of Procurement at One New Zealand, where he leads the procurement function across the full source-to-pay lifecycle. With a background in the technology and aviation industries — most notably with Qantas Group, Spark Digital, and now One New Zealand — Dylan brings a distinctive blend of operational management, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement to the procurement function that’s underpinned by a straight-up, people-oriented leadership style. Following One NZ’s ERP transformation to a new technology stack (S/4HANA, Ariba, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors, and Concur) in 2023, Dylan and his leadership team have worked hard to embed these new capabilities whilst repositioning procurement as a fully integrated part of Finance and the broader business. No longer just occupying a seat at the table, the team is now looked to for a differentiated — and often challenging perspective and skillset that helps shape better total-company outcomes across both the buy and sell sides of the organisation.
