Dr. Kim Oosthuizen

Dr. Kim Oosthuizen is the Head of AI, supporting customer and partner enablement through AI innovation opportunities across processes and usability to drive the creation of intelligent enterprises. With over 20 years of experience spanning South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, and Australia, she has held diverse roles in operations, centers of excellence, and technology. This breadth of experience has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of end-to-end business processes. Dr. Oosthuizen is passionate about driving digital transformation in businesses through intelligent applications. She leverages her expertise in business, technology, and finance to help organizations prepare for the future. As an expert in applying Artificial Intelligence in business, she holds both an MBA and a PhD from Stellenbosch Business School. Her research has resulted in multiple academic publications exploring the integration of AI into business practices. In addition, Dr. Oosthuizen is the founder and leader of the SAP Partner AI Council of Australia. The council focuses on unlocking opportunities for the responsible adoption, operation, and scaling of AI across Australian industries.
