My first SAP implementation experience was in the early 1990s. It enabled transformative impact of service, cost, and people engagement outcomes. Working at the Enterprise level I have led in growth circumstances and Business Turnaround and Recovery. Through my career I learned that many factors that some considered out of scope are actually the drivers of effective business transformation outcomes.
