Andy Bee

Andy is the Head of Procurement at Australian Unity, leading the organisation’s enterprise-wide procurement strategy and transformation. He played a key role in delivering a scalable e-procurement platform that replaced paper-based processes and now manages over 500,000 POs and invoices annually, with more than $3T of spend insights captured centrally. Over the past ten years, Andy has established procurement as a value-adding business partner, embedding procure-to-pay processes through three strategic pillars: Governance, Efficiencies, and Insights. He brings strong change management expertise, having delivered transformation initiatives across multiple sectors, including a global IT program in financial services impacting thousands of end users.
