By adopting RISE with SAP, Averis plans to reduce its total cost of ownership (TCO) by 11.5%. This move will enable the company to replace its traditional CAPEX/OPEX operating model with a pure operating model. It has also reported an 8.5% uptick in client satisfaction due to faster turnaround times, greater agility in managing unexpected requests, and more personalised service delivery.
