“As artificial intelligence is part of more and more conversations and initiatives, it’s important to remember that diversity of teams, especially those focussed on data, is key to unbiassed AI outcomes. In a heavily male dominated sector as asset management or supply chain, we are especially pleased to provide these early career women an opportunity to connect with the community and build career enhancing networks,” stated Annette Slunjski, Chief Executive Officer – APAC at Mastering SAP.

“This scholarship is our small way to encourage diversity, support women seeking to build a career in the SAP world and nudge the industry to acknowledge the benefits of diversity.”

Each recipient receives a twelve-month Mastering SAP premium membership that includes a full pass to Mastering SAP Connect – Gold Coast on 11-12 November 2024 and two nights’ accommodation at Royal Pines Resort.

The program includes two intakes in 2024 and is valued at over $70,000 with the aim of providing women new to the SAP ecosystem (and working in an SAP customer organisation) with a learning and networking opportunity to kickstart their SAP careers.

A panel of Mastering SAP community members served as judges, and our thanks goes out to:
