SAP announced at its SAP NOW AI Tour Southeast Asia in Singapore that Thailand’s communications and digital services provider Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS), has gone live with its implementation of RISE with SAP in June 2025. The digital transformation includes an AI-powered cloud ERP solution, infrastructure, and services, SAP noted during the event.

The company’s digital transformation not only streamlines its core processes and strengthens governance, but also improves the system’s support for critical functions like finance, spend management, wholesale, retail, and material management. Moreover, it has improved AIS’s operational efficiency for its finance and procurement teams while boosting productivity and reporting across the group.

With the implementation of RISE with SAP, AIS has modernised its digital core and unified operations for business agility in the long term, the company indicated. The transformation has enabled AIS to replace fragmented systems with a centralised platform that optimises its operations and lays the foundation for scalability and innovation.

The solution also utilises SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for the seamless integration of technologies and SAP Fiori to enable a seamless and intuitive user experience across the company.
