Demand Forecasting is Among The Top Three Supply Chain Challenges

In one of the survey questions, we asked the respondents to identify their top three supply chain challenges. They were provided a range of options and also had the capability to share a challenge that was not listed among the options. And a key insight that has emerged, so far, is that demand forecasting challenges land among the top two supply chain challenges. While demand forecasting is always challenging and a critical element of supply chain planning, it landing among the top two challenges is worth exploring. The video explores this insight from an analyst's perspective.
