Sushant Jain

Sushant Jain currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Finance & Spend Management across SAP, APAC. He is responsible for the following portfolio across the region - SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Office of the CFO, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, and SAP Concur. The Finance and Spend portfolio is SAP’s largest and fastest growing public cloud portfolio, and delivered the highest regional growth in 2024. Passionate about customer success and outcomes, he is a board member, has assumed global and regional leadership roles across Strategy, Consulting, Product Management and Sales. He continues to sponsor numerous customers, advises the C-Suite in driving successful transformations and addressing bottlenecks. Originally from a family of business, Sushant possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborates with several Unicorns and start-ups. With more than 20 years of experience in the global software and services industry, Sushant has worked across both emerging and developed markets. Prior to the current role, he was the Global Chief Operating Officer for SAP’s people solution, SAP SuccessFactors. His broader career spans organizations such as General Electric, Ariba Inc., and Infosys Technologies. He is Six Sigma certified and widely regarded as a change agent within the industry. Sushant is a vocal advocate for women in leadership and young talent development and is a regular speaker at global forums. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering and an MBA in Finance & Technology from the reputed Indian School of Business. An avid tennis player, Sushant lives in Singapore with his wife and two children.
