Having over 13 years procurement experience and working with customers across the globe, including SAP placements in Tokyo, Japan (2016-2018) and Netherlands (2018-2020) Arent is driven by a passion for customer outcomes, success, and people development. Extensive experience in end-to-end S2P deployment activities, Procurement Processes and understanding/measuring success for customers across a wide range of industries has allowed Arent to effectively develop a team that brings passion and drives value for SAP customers. Arent leads the 23 person strong SAP Customer Success Partner team across Australia & New Zealand for SAP Procurement solutions, including SAP Ariba, Fieldglass and Business Networks. Focused primarily on solution adoption and value realisation, Arent and his team engage with SAP Procurement (Ariba, Fieldglass and Business Network) customers as trusted procurement and/or Supply Chain partners with the aim to help customers realise the business outcomes they set out to achieve.
